Mission Trip update

Jonah and I are still preparing to go to Texcoco Mexico for our mission trip this summer with our church. Our last meeting we practiced sharing the Gospel in Spanish using the E-cube (picture in prior post). This is such a wonderful opportunity to share the Amazing story of Christ, build confidence, and use Spanish. We have quite a mix of people going. I will try to share more about them in another post, but students 4th-college age, adults in 30s/40s, and a few in their 60s. Quite a mix but I am so glad God put us together to serve. We have been trying to raise $3000 in funds for the trip and we have $1225 to go. We are so thankful for the donations and we are praying for the rest to come in by June 1st. If you have been thinking of supporting us financially, please send in the tax deductable donation to Salem Heights church soon RE:Tinseth Mexico Mission Trip. We know there will be more expenses to be covered while we are there that are not covered, so we are thinking about a garage sale soon after school is out to help with those funds.

Here is a map of Texcoco and the relationship in distance to Mexico City. Thank you for praying for us.
